Describing Japanese soul food

Basically writing this blog is for my own English exercise. I return original purpose today, I describe some Japanese soul food in English.


Beef Bowl
Beef Bowl is maybe most famous Japanese soul food and called "Gyu-don" in Japan. It is boiled sliced beef rib and onion with soy sauce taste soup stock, and on the rice. Around 120 years before from now, the first Beef Bowl shop was born in Nihonbashi,Tokyo. The shop is "Yoshino-Ya" that has over 1000 shops Franchise chains, even now it is very popular Beef Bowl shop. The reason for popularity is cheap price just 350 yen for a Beef Bowl, and orders come out quickly. "Yoshino-Ya" is just supporter of common people. Also there are other some popular Beef Bowl chain shop and every shops have various own characteristics but common factor is cheap ,quickly and tasty.


Standing eating Soba and Udon
There are standing eating Soba and Udon shop in many of crowded station. Soba and Udon are foods that taking root as we hardly have not heard people are not good at them in Japan.
Soba is noodle made from buckwheat flour and  Udon is noodle made from wheat flour. Both are Japanese own noodle and you can choice kind of noodles Soba or Udon with same soy sauce soup stock in many of Standing eating Soba shop. These shops serve quickly costomer's order so very popular for many of busy people.


Ramen
Ramen often appearing my blog is very popular soul food in Japan. Originally Ramen is Chinese noodle but Japanese Ramen have accomplished own proceeding in Japan. Characteristic thing is various kind of soup. Orthodox soy sauce soup, salt taste, Tonkotsu soup means soup getting soup stock from pork bone, soup from chicken bone, miso taste,etc. There is a case that you need to line up 30 min. or 1 hour if you will go to popular ramen shop. Japanese ramen is gradually   becoming famous many of country.
